1) T1 Departure
Exchange location: Incheon Airport Terminal 1 (T1): Staffed ticket counter inside the terminal between exits 6 and 7 on the 1st floor
Operating Hours: Daily 6:00 AM–10:00 PM
Pick-up location: Terminal 1, 1st floor, arrivals area between Boarding Gates 6-7, Platform 7A-2.
2) Depart from Terminal 2
Ticket redemption location: Staffed ticket counter on the west side of the Transportation Center, B1 level, Incheon Airport Terminal 2
Operating Hours: Daily 6:00 AM–10:00 PM
Pick-up point: Basement Level 1, take Bus No. 22 heading to Seoul.
Refund policy
Unused tickets can receive a full refund within the validity period.
Non-refundable after conversion to ride voucher.

1. This product is not a reserved seat ticket. Please exchange it for a physical ticket at the ticket office and sit in the seat shown on the ticket.
2. Children under 5 can ride for free (passport required). Only one child per adult is free; for two children per adult, an additional admission ticket must be purchased.
3. Departure intervals and schedules may change depending on traffic conditions.
4. If you left any items on the bus, please contact the merchant.
5. Free baggage allowance is 2 pieces per ticket (23 kg each). For excess baggage, each additional piece will be charged at the child fare rate.
6. Partial use and partial refunds are not allowed. If the number of users changes, the booking must be fully canceled and repurchased.
7. When purchasing a departure from Terminal 1 at Incheon International Airport, boarding at Terminal 2 is not available. Please provide a screenshot that can confirm the option name.
8. After changing your ticket, be sure to observe the boarding time. If you fail to board at the time specified on the changed ticket, you may face usage restrictions.
