The facility has just been renovated and is very clean. Although the only language spoken is Chinese, the owners are a very kind and gentle couple. They provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is easy on the stomach, consisting of porridge and steamed vegetables. It's about a 15-minute leisurely walk to Guoqing Temple. Walking along the farm roads is a pleasant experience.

The service and itinerary were excellent. However, I booked a tour with a Chinese-speaking guide and paid a higher price, but there wasn't one available on the day of the tour. Although they were very considerate of me, I should be aware that I booked a tour with a Chinese-speaking guide. Guests who need English or other languages should take note.

We joined this full-day cruise tour and it was a great experience. The guide was excellent, and the pickup service was smooth and well organized. The buffet lunch was good, and we enjoyed the three activities (cave visit, kayaking or bamboo boat, and swimming or hiking). The wine-tasting sunset party on the ship was a nice highlight. The drop-off service was also good. Special thanks to our guide, Ronny, for making the trip enjoyable.

Initially, there were questions about transfers and other matters. The description stated that the tour departed from Hanoi, but when the voucher arrived, it stated that we needed to arrive in Halong Bay. It took several days to figure out that the tour program included a departure in Hanoi. The issue was later resolved at no extra charge. Of course, there should be options for choosing the departure point and adjusting the price accordingly. Overall, the cruise was fantastic. The ship is cozy, the food is delicious, and the program is extensive. Alcohol on board is expensive. I'd especially like to mention the guide, Peter! He's very responsive, attentive, and positive; he makes up 50% of the success of this tour. I'll recommend him to my friends.


