Highlights
Tickets for Mozart concerts are hard to come by Peak season, and the remaining seats vary greatly between minutes and seconds. It is recommended to place an order 2-3 days in advance. If you place an urgent order on the same day, in order to increase your chances of getting a ticket, the final confirmed location may occasionally be different from the one you specified. Please be careful if you mind. Mozart concert venues: Golden Hall, Brahms Hall, Vienna State Opera. The performance venues are different on different dates. If you need a performance in the Golden Hall, please consult customer service.
Special Notes:
1. Clothes & Accessories neatly (not necessarily in a suit or formal dress, but must be neat).
2. Taking photos or videos is not allowed.
3. child ticket: 5-18 years old (not included). Please present your original passport to redeem ticket. Children under 5 years old are not allowed to enter.
4. Student Ticket: 27 years old or below (Must hold ISIC international student ID card, other student ID cards are not recognized).
5. Please be sure to arrive early and enter the park on time. If you are late, you will not be able to enter the park and no refund will be given (you will enter the park according to the actual time on the confirmation slip).
6. After placing an order, you can contact customer service to select seats online. If you do not contact customer service to select seats online, the default seat will be randomly assigned.
1. Please check your attachment and download your exquisite CD coupon (if any)
2. Usage: Please bring your passport (if there are children, please bring their passports) and present your Booking Number (see the QR code below the upper right corner) to the Box Office of the corresponding performance hall between 7:15 pm and 8:00 pm to exchange for a physical ticket. You can bring your exquisite CD coupon to the MozartShop (next to the Box Office) to receive your free CD before the performance or during the intermission.
3. If you have purchased a Mozart VIP ticket, please bring your electronic confirmation slip to Opus Restaurant 10 minutes in advance (Dining Time: 18:00), directly show the electronic confirmation slip and report the confirmation number to the staff, then you can enter to dine and receive the physical ticket.
