② Shoes: We need to wear a pair of anti-slip sports shoes and prepare another pair to change into after the cave exploration, as there will be some mud/dust inside the cave.
③ Personal equipment: For caving, we prioritize lightweight gear. There are essential personal items or food that must be carried, requiring basic protection to prevent bumps inside the cave. For photography, we shoot at designated spots. After taking photos, pack up your belongings before moving forward.
④ Physical requirements for caving: Individuals with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, claustrophobia, mobility impairments, or those who have undergone major surgery within the past six months are not permitted to participate. If you have any other medical conditions, please inform the instructor in advance so they can assess your eligibility for caving. Safety is our top priority.
⑤ The team leader will contact you one day before the cave exploration to confirm the arrival time for the next day. Please be sure to answer the call.
Parents, please note that it's normal for children to have emotions during outdoor activities. These activities can be somewhat challenging for kids, so just encourage them more.
⑦ Regarding photos: If you asked the coach to take photos for you after the activity, you can directly contact the booking customer support to request the photos by providing the time slot of your activity (it's more convenient to take photos with your own phone).
