Tourist Charter Service Information

Dear valued customers, welcome to our chartered car tour service! To ensure a smooth and comfortable trip, please carefully read the following service details before placing your order:

I. Fee Description

Includes: vehicle usage fee, fuel cost for the entire trip, toll/bridge fee (if any), parking fee, driver service fee, and driver's lunch;

Excludes: accommodation fees, attraction tickets, personal meal expenses, and other personal expenses (such as dining, shopping, etc.).

II. Service Duration Rules

Within 8 hours on the same day (starting from when the driver arrives at the pick-up point to pick up the tourists, ending when the tourists are delivered to the designated destination);

Overtime: The duration includes traffic congestion time. For 5-7 seat buses, the overtime fee is 50 RMB/hour; for minibuses with 7-20+ seats, it's 70 RMB/hour; and for buses with 30+ seats, it's 100 RMB/hour.

III. Departure Time Arrangement

- Default departure time: 9:00 AM [Can be adjusted flexibly according to your actual needs] (24-hour system)

- Normal daily service hours: 7:00-23:00

- Trip Confirmation: After placing your order, the driver will contact you before 8:00 PM the day before the trip to confirm the final departure time and pick-up location. Please keep your phone accessible.

IV. Pick-up and drop-off area description

Coverage area (including any pick-up/drop-off points within the following area, no additional charge):

-Shanwei City: Shanwei urban area (including Shanwei Railway Station)

- Areas outside the designated scope: Haifeng County, Luhe County, Lufeng City

Special Note: If your departure point/destination is outside the above range (such as towns or remote locations outside the coverage area), please contact customer service before placing your order to negotiate the price difference.

V. Itinerary Flexibility

-Route distance: Shanwei Honghai Bay, Jinmachi Bay, Xiaodao Fishing Village, Hou'ao Glass Sea, Sea Castle, Windmill Island, etc. are all within 100km;

-Personalized needs: You can inform the driver before departure if you want to adjust the attractions/route. The driver will then replan the driving route for you, prioritizing routes that do not involve backtracking.

VI. Special Tips for Visiting Shanwei

- Stop and play at your leisure: You can request to stop and play at any time along the way, provided it is safe and compliant. The driver will stop and wait in a standardized manner and will not rush you.

- Thoughtful service: If you need the driver's assistance in taking photos within the safe parking area, we will do our best to record the wonderful moments.

VII. Holiday Travel Suggestions

During peak seasons such as May Day, National Day, and Spring Festival, the number of tourists increases significantly. To avoid not having a car, please book your vehicle at least 3-5 days in advance.
