Excellent
This tour was fantastic from start to finish! Jai from Ellen’s Travel and Tours El Nido was wonderful to deal with. She quickly informed us of any changes to our meeting time and location, replied fast to my messages, and made everything smooth and easy. Our guide Shane and the crew from Cliffside Travel and Tours were very hospitable and friendly. They offered to take our photos and planned the itinerary so well that we always arrived before the crowds and could enjoy each spot peacefully. The guides were knowledgeable and shared great insights about every site, showing real passion and love for their homeland. The food was delicious and carefully handled, with safety checks before departure and all platters sealed and labeled for accountability. It started raining at our last stop, but they had timed our return perfectly, getting us safely to shore just before the rain got heavier. Truly an excellent and heartfelt experience!
