- Luggage Policy -

• Pets and large items (e.g., skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, golf bags) are not permitted.
• Each passenger is allowed two (2) medium-sized luggage items, with a combined weight not exceeding 15kg.

- Eligibility -

• Children aged 3 and above require a full fare ticket.
• Children aged 0–2 may travel for free.

- Booking Requirements -

• All passengers must have valid travel documents (passport, ID card, visa) ready before boarding.

- Important Notes -

• This is a join-in tour; the vehicle type (van or bus) will be arranged based on the number of participants.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the vehicle.
• Seating is first come, first served – no seat reservations.
• The bus is not wheelchair-accessible.
• Journey time may vary due to traffic conditions; occasional rest stops (15–20 minutes) may occur.
• Punctuality is crucial: the bus departs on time. Latecomers will be marked as “no show” – no refunds or rescheduling allowed.

- Redemption & Boarding -

• Redeemed tickets are non-transferable
• Depart from Harbour Front Singapore, please present your ticket to driver
• Depart from Swiss Garden Hotel, Bukit Bintang, please present your ticket to driver
• Depart from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan, please exchange your boarding pass at CTS counter/Kiosk at least 30 minutes before departure time
