So, before arriving at Songpan Station, I contacted customer service and was contacted by the pickup company. The day before boarding, I was told to arrive 25 minutes early, as the bus was scheduled to arrive 20 minutes earlier due to traffic conditions. However, the bus arrived more than 10 minutes later than scheduled. Many people shivered in the cold and were worried. The bus didn't arrive, and I couldn't contact the company, which made me even more worried. I caught a cold that day, which disrupted my schedule. The bus was very cold and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. The good thing was that the company responded quickly, except on the day of boarding. I also appreciated the ability to safely store my luggage in the car while I was exploring Huanglongjiuzhaigou.★

First time booking private charter on this app! I booked the private tour 7 seat car from Huanglong Jiuzhai train station to hotel at 澎丰村. The message function is really good. They replied my enquiries very fast and patiently before i placed order. After that, they will add us in wechat to communicate more details like time arrival, car details and hotel name. The driver reached before our train arrived, so we did not wait for him. During our trip, the driver was very friendly. The car was clean and has no smell, but the seat at last low was quite narrow for adults. He introduced us the sceneries like the golden mountain along the road. He also answered our doubts patiently. We communicate with him in mandarin. Overall we are satisfied with this booking. 👍🏻
