Booking Information
Eligibility
- Children aged 3 and above need to purchase a children's meal, which is only available for children 1.3 meters tall or under (infants under 3 years old are not recommended to attend the banquet to avoid disturbing their rest).
For children under 3, the live music might be too loud and not very suitable for little ones.
1. Infants (no meals, no seats) - Seating is arranged in rows with no space for baby seats. You'll need to hold your baby throughout the journey.
2. The venue can be noisy. If your child cries, please take them outside.
If it's acceptable to you, your child doesn't need to purchase a meal ticket and can enter for free.
Booking restrictions
- Please contact the merchant via email or WeChat at least 3 days in advance to reserve a table
- Guests need to provide the booking number, redemption voucher code, first and middle names in Chinese and English, gender, contact number, visit date, time, and store city to reserve a table.
Reservation cancellation
- For cancellations, please contact the merchant. Cancellations are not permitted within 5 days, but can be made anytime beyond 5 days. If you fail to contact the merchant to cancel as required and cannot attend on the day, your booking is non-refundable.
Important notes
- Cannot be used together with other in-store offers.
- Please call the merchant in advance to reserve seats.
- We recommend wearing Hanfu for the banquet. (Costume change service is available at CNY 100 per person, while costume change plus makeup and styling service is CNY 288 per person.)
- Since the dining experience is accompanied by ceremonial music, infants and children under 3 years old are not permitted to attend the banquet to avoid disturbing their rest.
- Dine-in only, no takeaway before meals. Leftovers can be packed after dining. Please inquire with the merchant for packaging fee details.
- For inquiries regarding beverages and other related matters, please contact the supplier via WeChat, and their response shall prevail.
- If certain dishes are unavailable due to seasonal or other uncontrollable factors, the merchant will replace them with equivalent alternatives. Please discuss specific arrangements directly with the merchant.
