I would highly recommend this trip. They came to pick us up from the hotel, helped us with the tickets, travel insurance and getting our luggage settled on the boat. The cruise is very comfortable, and the views are amazing 👏.★

We were a bit reluctant to take a boat from Guilin to Yangshuo but after the ride we would recommend it to all those who visit the area for the first time. The scenery and the landscape are astonishing and let you slowly introduce yourself to the region being able at the same time to take enough pictures and enjoy. As per the pack, although we were picked up a bit later than scheduled everything went smoothly. Taxi driver got tickets at the pier for us and embarked easily on the boat. Depending on the boat you are in you will be in front or back of the long cue of boats as more than 10+ depart at the same time. Very few explanations in English but it's already advertised everything is in Chinese, so no problem. As you mainly are there for the views it's not a problem. You are paying more than the official price if bought at the pier but it really eases the experience as otherwise you need to take care of transport, plus choose the right pack at the pier, which may be a bit stressing★

Our guide, Eric, was very friendly and knowlegaeable, he even spoke a bit of Spanish. We recommend the guided tour, in the one with only driving you might get a bit lost. Eric recommended a good restaurant to eat and recommended us to take the sightseeing bus to go up, it was not included in the price, but it was totally worth it. The only con of the trip is that it was a long drive, we did not mind because we could had a nap 😂 the scenery was lively a worthy to look at.★

It was a beautiful experience. Our guide showed genuine kindness and paid close attention to our needs. Xianggong Hill truly takes your breath away though you'll definitely want good shoes for all the stairs!★
