1. Visitors boarding the ship must proactively present valid legal IDs (including ID cards, passports, etc.). All responsibilities and consequences arising from failure to present or the use of forged documents shall be borne by the visitors themselves.
2. During free time, the guide will not be able to provide services. We appreciate your understanding. (During free time, visitors are responsible for their own personal and property safety. Our company will not be held liable for any incidents.)
3. The listed stops on the itinerary are for travelers' free time outside the attractions. Travelers who choose not to visit the attractions can enjoy free time either on the boat or ashore. Shennongxi Wharf and Shennüxi Wharf are tourist docks. For safety reasons, it is strongly recommended that travelers enjoy their free time on the boat. Please note that the guide cannot provide services during free time, and we appreciate your understanding. When purchasing food or local products at the attraction or cruise dock, travelers should pay attention to the shelf life of the goods. If purchasing cooked food, please pay attention to food hygiene and try to avoid buying such items.
4. Visitors can choose to follow the guide or explore the attraction on their own. Due to large crowds, it's easy to get separated. The guide may find it difficult to accompany every visitor within the attraction. If you get separated from the guide, please gather at the pre-designated meeting point at the specified time.
5. We solemnly remind visitors not to participate in or visit any projects or activities that violate the laws and regulations of our country, social ethics, or the relevant laws, customs, and religious taboos of the travel destination.
6. During evening rest, ensure that doors and windows are properly closed, and keep valuables on your person.
7. In the event of force majeure during the tour (such as flight, train, or cruise ship delays, traffic accidents, natural disasters, social factors, national policies, war, epidemics, etc.) that leads to itinerary changes, we will make every effort to coordinate. According to the actual itinerary situation, travelers voluntarily agree that the travel agency may adjust the order of sightseeing and accommodation while maintaining the same standard of the itinerary. If the situation is severe enough to prevent the fulfillment of the contract and itinerary, our company shall not bear any liability for breach of contract. Any additional costs incurred as a result shall be borne by the travelers.
8. The tour fee is a discounted group purchase price. No refund will be provided for any attractions voluntarily skipped by guests. If this is a join-in tour (not a private group), please sign the join-in tour agreement when signing the travel contract. Our company will monitor the tour quality at all times. Please understand the limitations of join-in tours and communicate any quality issues with us promptly for timely resolution. (This clause applies only to join-in tours.)
9. Travelers must adhere to the tour itinerary and take good care of their valid IDs and personal belongings. If a traveler leaves the group during the tour, they must provide a written notice to the guide in advance. The traveler will be solely responsible for any consequences during their independent travel, and no refund will be given for unused services. Leaving the cruise ship without permission will be considered automatic withdrawal from the group. The travel agency and cruise ship will not be responsible for any missed departures, accidents, or other safety incidents resulting from the traveler's independent actions. From the moment of withdrawal, the traveler will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited all remaining tour activities and the travel agency's comprehensive services. Service quality will be primarily evaluated based on the feedback forms completed by travelers during the tour. Travelers must fill out these forms carefully. If any service quality issues arise during the trip, please coordinate with the local guide promptly. If the local guide's resolution is unsatisfactory, please immediately contact the booking office, and we will address the matter as a priority. Before the trip concludes, travelers must truthfully complete the "Traveler Feedback Form" (this form serves as important evidence for safeguarding travelers' rights). We will use this as one of the key references for evaluating our service quality. Subsequent disputes or complaints arising from falsified or incomplete feedback forms will not be accepted. If there are any concerns regarding our service standards during the tour, please raise them promptly for local resolution. Complaints about service quality submitted after returning home without prior reporting during the trip and without supporting evidence will be considered invalid.
