The driver, Master Zhang, arrived at the hotel on time at the agreed time. He was very talkative and introduced a lot of small knowledge of the Great Wall during the drive. His driving skills were also very good. We were still sitting comfortably in the rain that day.

We did Mutianyu Great Wall & Pop Land in late July. We only had 1 day, so we didn't have much time for anything else & booked the day before bc of weather (there had been thunderstorms off and on due to the typhoon and regular summer weather). The booking arranged all necessary tickets and transportation - this was not "guided". We added the cable lift & tobaggon slide after booking - highly recommend, especially in the summer. There was excellent txt / messaging communication using WeChat. Driver did not speak English, but it was not a problem bc we used apps and a third person on We Chat who had better English skills to bridge the gap. The vehicle was very comfy, spacious, & clean. They provided water and bottled lattes. Would very much recommend if you want to tool around on your own but don't want to deal with taxis and public transport. It was too hot, humid, and traffic congested for us to do that with a school-aged little one in tow.

We set off early during the National Day holiday. The driver drove smoothly and the car was clean and tidy. We visited Mutianyu during off-peak hours and the time arrangement was reasonable.

The service is very good. The driver is also very professional and the introduction is very comprehensive.

The driver master is very warm, patient and thoughtful!
