Normal vehicle rental duration: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. If vehicle rental duration is between 10:00 PM and 6:59 AM, an overtime fee of 100-200 RMB will be charged (the driver will contact you directly to collect this fee if you book a ride outside of these hours).

Kind tips:

1. This is a point-to-point service. Any changes to the itinerary or addition of extra pick-up/drop-off locations will be subject to separate negotiation and additional charges. A 30-minute waiting time is agreed upon; exceeding this time will incur a waiting fee of 300 RMB per hour. Any period less than one hour will be charged as one hour. Please note the pick-up time.

2. Please check the validity of your customs clearance documents and endorsements in advance to avoid waiting due to document issues. Also, waiting due to customs questioning and inspection of your luggage (containing prohibited items) will incur a charge of 300 per hour.

3. If you are moving, participating in an exhibition, or carrying a large amount of luggage and materials, please inform us in advance. There will be a luggage loading and unloading fee of 300-500. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver has the right to cancel the booking and deduct the relevant fees!
