4. After successful booking, the guide will contact you via SMS or phone call before 22:00 the day before your trip. Please check your messages.
Minors under 16 years of age are not permitted to stay at the hotel without a parent or guardian.
6. Accepting the order does not guarantee a successful reservation for the Xuzhou Museum admission ticket, with a success rate of approximately 95%. If the reservation fails, customer support will contact you before your trip to provide a full refund or reschedule, with no additional compensation. Please do not proceed if you are not comfortable with these terms!!
