We booked a small group tour of six by chartered car. First, the customer service representative, whose WeChat name is Qingning, was incredibly patient. Second, the driver who picked us up was also very friendly, introducing us to the local customs and culture along the way. I also want to praise our guide, "Daodao," for his companionship over the short few hours. He patiently explained things to the two families in our group, showing us many plants and animals that we wouldn't see in big cities, and we even got to try some popular tourist activities. Finally, this trip to the Jinuo Mountain rainforest was the happiest and most unforgettable day of our trip to Xishuangbanna.★

The driver was punctual and friendly, introducing us to many local attractions! The guide was also punctual and very patient with the children, assisting them throughout the adventure. When the children cried for the first half, the guide even helped carry them forward, showing great responsibility. Customer service was responsive and friendly!★

The guidebooks all recommended choosing the Jinuo Mountain tour, which costs over 200 yuan. I personally thought the tour I booked was excellent. The guide led us through the rainforest, we tasted sour ants, and saw rubber trees. I came with an elderly person, and the guide took good care of her, accompanying her the whole time when we were wading through water. The guide himself was also very humorous.
