1. The guide will contact you via SMS or phone call the night before. Daily time slots: 9:30, 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 14:30 (VIP Star Group with 10 travelers has four daily sessions: 9:30, 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 14:30. Star Group travelers, please contact customer support to note your preferred time slot after booking). As this is a join-in tour, please arrive at Luoyang Museum 10 minutes before your selected time slot. Being late for more than 20 minutes will be considered as forfeiting the tour, and no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding!

2. Chinese mainland visitors can use their ID cards to enter the park by swiping their ID cards. Visitors who do not bring their ID cards can enter by providing their ID numbers to the ticket inspection staff.

3. Kids' meals are only available for children aged 14 and under

4. Admission ticket + guided tour package includes the ticket package. The guided tour package without admission is exclusively for those with free entry. After placing your order, please promptly contact customer support to arrange the time slot for the guided tour, or you may specify the time slot in the order notes.

Luoyang Museum opening hours: Open from 09:00 to 17:00 Tuesday to Sunday (last entry at 16:30), closed on Mondays (except when Monday falls on a public holiday).

To ensure a successful reservation, admission tickets must be booked at least one day in advance, with zero instances of reservation failures.
