


Haizhu Tram Line 1 (THZ1) is the first modern tram line to begin operation in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. It officially commenced trial operations on December 31, 2014. The line is located within Haizhu District of Guangzhou, running primarily east-west, with a fresh green color as its identifier.
The route starts at Wanshengwei Station in Haizhu District, passing by Pazhou Pagoda, South of Pazhou Bridge, East of Convention Center, Center of Convention Center, West of Convention Center, Nanfeng, Party Pier, South of Liede Bridge, and Canton Tower Station.
The Haizhu Tram Line 1 sightseeing demonstration section spans approximately 7.7 km. This route not only serves as a vital part of urban transportation, alleviating traffic pressure in Haizhu District, but also provides diverse travel options for residents and visitors. Additionally, it connects numerous scenic spots along both sides of the Pearl River, making it a unique scenic highlight of Guangzhou.

Ticket redemption time and locationBetween 09:30 AM and 06:00 PM, passengers must present the booking QR code at the entrance of Guangzhou Tower Station or Wanshengwei Station of the tram to exchange for a physical commemorative ticket with the staff. Please note that purchase records or payment records cannot be used as boarding passes, and the physical commemorative ticket must be obtained before boarding.






1. With this ticket, you can take unlimited rides on Haizhu Tram Line 1 during operating hours on the same day.
2. The souvenir ticket is limited to one person per ticket and cannot be shared among multiple people. Please keep your souvenir ticket safe. If lost, you will not be able to board the train and will need to pay for a replacement ticket on-site at your own expense. Thank you.
Passengers without a ticket or with an invalid commemorative ticket must pay the fare for the current journey.
A commemorative ticket is considered invalid for travel under any of the following circumstances:
(1) The commemorative voucher information has been altered, deleted, or damaged without permission from the issuing authority.
(2) Using an expired voucher;
The user's identity does not match the type of commemorative voucher or the information shown on the voucher.
4. Riding restrictions: Luggage exceeding 30 kg in total weight or 1.6m in combined length, width, and height dimensions, as well as flammable, explosive, or toxic hazardous materials, are strictly prohibited. Other regulations follow the Guangzhou Metro Passenger Code and relevant national, provincial, and municipal epidemic prevention policies.
5. Children policy: Each adult passenger can bring up to 2 children under 1.3m in height for free. For additional children beyond this limit, tickets must be purchased. Children over 1.3m in height must present a valid commemorative ticket to board.
