2. One-way transfers do not allow adding attractions or stops during the trip. For private charter itineraries, attractions must be specified in advance and cannot be changed on the day of travel.
3. If you book a private charter package and require an airport drop-off when departing from or arriving at the airport, an additional fee will apply. Please contact customer support for specific charges.
4. The driver is a local native Thai speaker who does not understand Chinese. For any issues, please contact customer support (contact info is at the bottom of your booking confirmation).
5. Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time, not in your room.
6. When participating in the itinerary, please refrain from carrying valuables. Check and safeguard your personal belongings when boarding, disembarking, and during the itinerary. You will be solely responsible for any lost items.
7. For your safety, please fasten your seatbelt during the ride. If traveling with children, ensure they are properly supervised and refrain from moving around during the itinerary.

9. Passengers are prohibited from carrying strong-smelling foods or items such as durian on board. Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly forbidden in the vehicle.
10. If passengers are prone to motion sickness, please bring your own plastic bags. In case of vomiting in the vehicle, a cleaning fee will be charged (passengers are also responsible for any vehicle issues caused by their actions).
11. Thailand has implemented new traffic safety regulations. Please ensure to fasten your seat belts both in the front and back seats when getting in the vehicle. If passengers fail to wear seat belts and are caught by the police, the fine will be borne by the passengers.

1. Urban area restrictions:
Our vehicle service is primarily limited to urban areas. If your itinerary extends beyond this range, such as to remote areas or neighboring cities, an out-of-zone fee will apply. For details, please contact customer support.
II. No bookings accepted during specific time periods and locations:
During special events such as large concerts, activities, or sports competitions, we will not accept bookings to or via these venues and nearby hotels due to road congestion, dense crowds, and frequent traffic control around the stadium. For details, please contact customer support.
3. No bookings accepted in public areas:
Due to inconvenient parking and frequent traffic congestion at public places like shopping malls and restaurants, we will not accept bookings departing from these locations. If you need to wait or arrange pick-up near a mall, please use public parking lots or designated transfer points. For details, contact customer support.
4. Nighttime vehicle rental: (For daytime rentals, an extra charge of 400 THB applies for each hour beyond the rental duration. Any overage under 1 hour but exceeding 30 minutes will be charged as a full hour.)
If your vehicle rental duration falls between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM, a nighttime service fee will apply in addition to the booking payment. For details, please contact customer support.

①Vehicle rental services must be booked in advance.
