We had a wonderful day trip in the Swiss Alps. Opting for a guided tour was a great choice. Our guides, Gonzalo and Elizabeth, were very clear and friendly. Since we did the tour during winter, it was very convenient to have the trip already planned with time and places of greatest interest. And to our delight, we had a beautiful sunny day with blue skies, and we returned under a full moon with a clear sky.★

The Jungfraujoch tour in Switzerland was a fantastic experience. The bus departed on time, and the tour guide was bilingual (English and Chinese). Our guide, Ping, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, breaking the ice to create a more harmonious group atmosphere. He also provided very detailed explanations along the way, and even after the tour ended, he asked if I had bought a travel adapter. It was a truly enjoyable experience.★
