Entry to the sightseeing area must be based on the number of people specified on the barcode. (Cannot be reused)
For group purchases with separate usage, please make individual bookings.
For car rental and self-driving only.
Not available for group tours, guided tours, or private charter services.
- Attractions discount coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
- No entry allowed within 1 hour before the attraction closes.
- Partial refunds are unavailable once any product in the package has been used.
- If the weather is bad, it may not be available. Please contact us directly before use.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
