Itinerary Reference

*The itinerary is for reference only. The specific sea area to visit on the day and the duration of stops at each point will be decided by the captain based on the actual situation.

●09:30 Check in at the cruise company counter in Hobart city center 30 min in advance. Refer to the address in the usage instructions (Departure time may vary, subject to the confirmation voucher)

Our group of ten is ready to embark on a unique culinary journey at any time, gathering fresh Tasmanian seafood and exploring pristine surroundings

We cruise along the Derwent River, entering the sheltered waters of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel, arriving at the renowned Get Shucked Oysters farm, which also serves as an oyster supplier. Here, we harvest and sample oysters from pristine waters. While guests are still savoring the oysters' fresh sweetness, the vessel will anchor near the tranquil bay of Bruny Island, allowing your guide to dive in and search for abalone and sea urchins for the guests.

The guide returns to the boat, and it's time to enjoy the fruits of the morning gathering. The guide then transforms into a chef to prepare a lavish seafood feast for the guests – lobster, abalone, sea urchin, mussels, oysters, sashimi, and salmon. Served with fresh local bread, salad, and artisanal cheese, paired with premium Bruny Island wine, Jansz Sparkling, craft Moo Brew beer, Willie Smith's and Frank's cider, as well as local organic juices.

16:30 Return to the pier (17:00 on Saturdays, 16:30 on other days; return time may vary, subject to the day's arrangements)
