**Core values? ** Professional, safe, and attentive; from equipment, teaching to environmental protection, caring protection.
**Can newbies participate? ** Canoe: 5 years (≥20 kg)–70 years; SUP: 12–60 years. Please contact customer service for special conditions.
**Not recommended to participate? ** Pregnant women, people with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, recent major surgery, no exercise habits, fear of heights or water, please register after receiving doctor's advice.
**How to prevent seasickness? ** Get enough sleep, look at the mountain view in the distance, and inform your coach at any time if you feel unwell.
**Activity flush? **Clean water is provided for sand washing, without detergent; in the changing room, please bring your own towels and dry clothes.
**Dressing tips & shoes? ** Swimsuit + quick-drying clothes, avoid denim and cotton; bare feet are the most comfortable, and you can also rent river trekking shoes (free for children under 16 years old).
**Children & Elders? **Children aged 5 and above and seniors aged 50-70 can borrow cold weather clothing (≤50 kg) for free.
**WEATHER CANCELLATION? ** In case of heavy rain or big waves, the tour fee can be postponed or fully refunded (minus 50 yuan for administrative expenses); in case of light rain, the tour fee will be refunded; if there is a sudden weather change during the activity, no refund will be given.
**Photo service? ** The activity includes photo shooting with professional coaches and photographers + salon photos, which are provided free of charge. There is also a paid photo retouching service.
**Group size to instructor ratio? ** For small groups, there is at least 1 coach + assistant for every 10 people, and the number of people will be adjusted accordingly; group guests will book the venue for activities and will not mix together.
**Seasonal restrictions? ** The Qingshui Cliff trip is open until 10/15; after 10/15, it will be recommended to switch to Liyutan SUP depending on the weather.
