**Core Values?** Professionalism, safety, and dedication; from equipment and instruction to environmental protection, we provide thoughtful care.

**Can beginners participate?** Kayaking: Ages 5 (≥20 kg) to 70; SUP: Ages 12 to 60. For special conditions, please contact customer service.

**Not recommended to participate?** Pregnant women, those with cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, recent major surgeries, no exercise habits, or fear of heights/water should consult a doctor before signing up.

**How to Prevent Seasickness?** Get enough sleep, focus on distant mountain views, and inform the instructor immediately if feeling unwell.

**Activity rinse?** Provides clean water for sand rinsing, no detergents used; changing rooms available, please bring your own towel and dry clothes.

**Attire Recommendation & Footwear?** Swimsuit + quick-dry clothing, avoid denim; barefoot is most comfortable, or you can rent water shoes (free for those under 16).

**Kids & Seniors?** Free rental of cold-weather gear for children aged 5+ and seniors aged 50–70 (≤50 kg).

**Weather cancellation?** Heavy rain/high waves allow for postponement or full refund (minus a 50 yuan administrative fee); light rain continues as scheduled; no refunds for sudden weather changes during the activity.

**Photo service?** The activity includes professional instructors and photographers for photos + portrait shots, provided free of charge, with optional paid retouching services available.

**Group Size and Instructor Ratio?** Small group system with at least 1 instructor + assistant per 10 people, adjusted based on group size. Private group activities are conducted exclusively without mixing with others.

**Seasonal restrictions?** The Qingshui Cliff tour is available until 10/15; after 10/15, weather permitting, we may recommend switching to Liyu Lake SUP.

**Eco-Friendly Travel:** The course includes practicing low-carbon transportation, beach cleanups, and post-session sharing to integrate environmental protection into daily life.
