Meet at meet-up point: Meeting point at Associação de Capoeira Mestre Bimba. We don't offer pickup service. Add landmarks close to the Associação, such as "Ó Paí Ó Restaurante" or "São Domingos Gusmão Church" located in Largo do Terreiro de Jesus.
Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian MARTIAL ART that combines FIGHT, CULTURE, DANCE, MUSIC and ACROBATICS. It teaches discipline, self-defense, physical fitness, and on top of all of that is extremely connected to the Afro-Brazilian ancestry. The class is directed to BEGINNERS students who have NEVER TRAINED Capoeira. So don't worry, it is not necessary to have any type of experience! You will be just fine. I will teach you the attacks, defenses and flow movements. Be prepared to breathe the culture of Salvador.
