Important Notes:
1. During peak season, there may be queues due to high visitor numbers. Additionally, service frequency will be adjusted based on daily visitor flow - increased during busy periods and decreased when fewer visitors are present.
2. In case of bad weather or rising water levels on the Seine River affecting Paris cruise activities, please check the official website for daily opening hours. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable once issued. Please do not place an order if this is a concern.
1. Boarding location: 3 Port de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris, France (google map). Board at Pier 3, where you will see the cruise company's sign, Bateaux Parisiens.
2. Audio guide available languages:
① Mobile: French, English, Portuguese, Italian, German, Chinese. Wired: English, German, Mandarin, Korean, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Danish, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, French, Arabic, Hindi.
② Wired audio guides (including Chinese) are provided at each seat on the first floor.
③ On the second floor, you can scan the code to listen to the guide (available in English and French only, but includes Chinese text descriptions). No headphones are provided, so please bring your own.
3. Cruise operating hours are for reference only. Please refer to the official Bateaux Parisiens website for actual operating hours.
April to September: 10:00 AM–10:30 PM, approximately every 30 minutes (except at 1:00 PM and 7:30 PM)
Weekends and July–August, 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The sightseeing cruise will not operate on July 14, 2025 (France's National Day). Please do not go for boarding!!!
October to March: 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM, approx. every hour, with some departures every half hour. (Daily from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM during weekends and Zone C school holidays). The last two departures require a minimum of 10 passengers. The above times are for reference only.
Boarding time
You can board the cruise at any time during the operating hours on the day. The above sailing times are for reference only and may be subject to change. Please refer to the actual schedule on the day.
