3. Waiting time for cross-border drop-off and cross-border car service in Hong Kong <----> Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province: The driver's free waiting time is 30 minutes. Overtime fee will be charged if it exceeds 30 minutes. Overtime fee: 250 yuan/30 minutes (less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes). 4. Waiting time for cross-border Pick-up car in Hong Kong <----> Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province: The driver's free waiting time is 90 minutes. If it exceeds 90 minutes, an overtime fee will be charged. Overtime fee: 250 yuan/30 minutes (less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes). 5. The car Timeslot is 07:00-22:00. If you use the car outside the Timeslot, such as between 22:00-07:00, you will need to pay a night service fee. The night service fee for local car service in Hong Kong is 150 yuan/time, the night service fee for local car service in Macau is 200 yuan/time, and the night service fee for cross-border car service in Hong Kong<---->Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province is 300 yuan/time. (Warm reminder: In case of statutory holidays, the charging time of night service fee will change, please contact customer service for confirmation)
6. A sign-holding service is provided for Pick-up, and the sign-holding service fee is 100 yuan per time [there is no sign-holding service in Macau].
7. If you need the driver to continue waiting after the free waiting duration has expired, please negotiate with the driver and pay the overtime waiting fee. If the negotiation is not in agreement, the driver will no longer wait and can leave, and the booking fee cannot be refunded.
8. If the flight is delayed for more than 2 hours, the service provider will re-arrange the driver for you. If the driver cannot be re-arranged, the booking can be cancelled without loss.
9. Additional fees incurred due to flight delays (such as night service fee) must be paid before car in order to continue the service.
10. infant/children are counted as one person. The number of passengers or luggage carried shall not exceed the capacity limit disclosed on the page, so as to avoid insufficient space in the vehicle and inability to provide service. If such a situation occurs, the driver may refuse to provide service, and the relevant losses shall be borne by the passenger.
11. Cross-border car trips between Hong Kong <----> Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province: Starting from December 1, 2017, due to policy reasons, you will need to get off the car and go through customs at Huanggang, Shenzhen Bay and other ports when you get off the car and go through customs. You must bring all your luggage with you when you get off the car and the driver cannot take your luggage through customs. If you are unable to go through customs due to personal documents or other reasons, the booking fee will be charged normally for the entire section. The free waiting time for customs clearance is 45 minutes. If you exceed the time limit, a waiting fee of 5 yuan/1 minute will be incurred. Please negotiate with the driver and pay the overtime waiting fee. If the negotiation is not consistent, the driver will no longer wait and can leave, and the booking fee cannot be refunded.
12. The booking cannot be canceled free of charge due to personal reasons, such as expired documents/inability to enter the country/missing the flight/oversleeping, etc. Once the booking is confirmed, the pick-up time will be reserved to ensure the trip. If you need to cancel, please follow the cancellation and modification rules on the booking page to deduct the corresponding penalty for cancellation.

- If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a severe weather warning or a work stop warning, black rainstorm, or a typhoon warning No. 8 or above 3 hours before the departure date, the activity will be cancelled and the fee will be refunded to the payment account. - The Option includes all travel expenses. No additional fees are required except for going to specially requested places (please consult customer service for details).
- Starting from December 1, 2017, due to policy reasons, passengers who use city car from Hong Kong <----> Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province need to get off the car and go through the Huanggang Port and Shenzhen Bay Port. When getting off the car and going through the border, you need to bring all your luggage with you, and the driver cannot take the passengers' luggage through the border. If you choose Hong Kong <----> Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province, you may need to change the car after passing the private charter depending on the number of people passing the border and the transportation capacity at that time (it will not affect the normal use of the car).
- The Pick-up car is based on the Flight arrival time, and the free waiting time is 90 minutes. The free waiting time for other one-way car is 30 minutes. If the departure is delayed due to loss of contact or other reasons, an additional service fee will be charged (please contact customer service for details).
- one-way car will be carried out according to the driver's self-planned route. If the driver stops, waits, temporarily changes the route or changes the destination, he/she needs to confirm and communicate with the travel manager. In other cases, the corresponding change fee will be charged.
- If the destination cannot be reached due to traffic environment factors (mountains, forests, islands, sea, uninhabited areas, vehicle restrictions, etc.), the driver will take you to the nearest location depending on the situation.
