How to use

If you select the option "Tour with transfer", the pickup time depend on the hotel location, please confirm your hotel after booking. If you choose the regular option "Beginner", please arrive at the Marina Punta Norte, at least 45 minutes before the activity to check in and try the snorkelling equipment.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Rescheduling before 12 hours is available for free, but less than that will have a penalty of USD 20, payable at the port
Cancelling 24 hours in advance has a full refund. On the same date, missing the pick-up and having an illness without a medical receipt are not refundable. In case of bad weather conditions, you'll have the option to reschedule or get a full refund. This option wouldn't be applicable in case of being a rescheduling for a previous no-show
