Snorkelling experience for non-swimmers in Cancun

Accessibility:

• Not recommended for travellers with back problems

Not allowed:

• Children under 6 years
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate due to the inherent risks associated to some of the activities and according to the policies
• Guests with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Sunscreen is not allowed, as an environmental protection measure (coral reef damage)

Extra fees to be paid on site:

• USD 20.00 dock surcharge and sanitation per person not included

Know in advance:

• You'll be requested to provide your hotel details during checkout. The pickup time depends on the hotel location and will be confirmed after booking
• Long sleeve shirt or rash guard is recommended
• Includes complete snorkelling gear: life vest, mask, snorkel and fins
• Includes Bottled water, shower and lockers
• Rescheduling before 12 hours is available for free, but less than that will have a penalty of USD 20, payable at the port
• Cancelling 24 hours in advance has a full refund. On the same date, missing the pick-up and having an illness without a medical receipt are not refundable. In case of bad weather conditions, you'll have the option to reschedule or get a full refund. This option wouldn't be applicable in case of being a rescheduling for a previous no-show
• The tour guide is bilingual
