Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
A fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations requested before 12:00 on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 12:00 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Accessibility:
- Not recommended for travellers with back problems
Not allowed:
- Children under 6 years
- Pregnant women are not allowed to participate due to the inherent risks associated to some of the activities and according to the policies
- Guests with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Sunscreen is not allowed, as an environmental protection measure (coral reef damage)
Extra fees to be paid on site:
- USD 20.00 dock surcharge and sanitation per person not included
Know in advance:
- Long sleeve shirt or rash guard is recommended
- Includes complete snorkelling gear: life vest, mask, snorkel and fins
- Includes Bottled water, shower and lockers
- Rescheduling before 12 hours is available for free, but less than that will have a penalty of USD 20, payable at the port
- Cancelling 24 hours in advance has a full refund. On the same date, missing the pick-up and having an illness without a medical receipt are not refundable. In case of bad weather conditions, you'll have the option to reschedule or get a full refund. This option wouldn't be applicable in case of being a rescheduling for a previous no-show
