3. Booking information confirmation

-For shared transfer service, you need to order tickets at least 1 day in advance. Please communicate with customer support before placing an order.

- For private charter before 8am, you must place an order and purchase a ticket before 8pm the previous day.

-If you need to private charter on the same day, please contact customer support for confirmation before placing an order.

5. Driver waiting

- If circumstances permit, drivers can wait for 15 minutes free of charge.

- If the waiting time exceeds 15-60 minutes, a waiting fee of NT$300 will be added.

6. Notes for passengers travelling by air

- Passengers travelling by plane are advised to allow sufficient time to avoid missing their flights.

- The company does not assume responsibility for missed flights due to traffic accidents, weather congestion or other force majeure.
