Tour guide Qian was excellent. The itinerary and pick-up arrangements, notified a day in advance, were very reasonable. Arriving a little earlier definitely improves the experience. During peak season, the alleys get incredibly crowded around noon. The scenery is beautiful on a sunny day. I inquired with customer service about the best high-speed rail time, and the information was accurate. Overall, I'm satisfied.
