Eligibility
Adult: Age 15 to 99
Child: Age 6 to 14
Youth: Age 15 to 22
Children aged 0–5 travel for free. Children aged 6–14 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 15 and above pay the same price as adults. Students aged 15–25 are eligible for student tickets. Students must present a valid student ID at service points, ticket offices, and during public transport inspections.
How to use
Activation process
 
You can activate the e-pass using the free Prague Visitor Pass app or present your voucher at one of the addresses listed on https://www.praguevisitorpass.eu/buy-and-collect?lang=en-gb to obtain a physical pass.
 
Show your activated pass to receive an admission ticket for each experience. Remember to keep your ticket, as each attraction can only be visited once.
 
The Prague visitor pass is valid for 48, 72, or 120 consecutive hours after activation (depending on the selected validity period).
 
Cannot be canceled after activation
 
Once activated, a digital pass cannot be exchanged for a physical pass, and vice versa.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
