※ Open-air baths allow single entry (no time limit), children under 120cm are not permitted
※Holiday definition: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and consecutive holidays
※Weekdays, holidays, and non-applicable dates are subject to hotel announcement.
※The hot spring and dining services must be used on the same day. Meals are for dine-in only and cannot be taken away.
※Reservations are not accepted. Please register on-site and wait in line for entry.

Important ticket regulations
● The voucher has no expiration date, but the promotional period is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. After the promotional period expires, the difference between the voucher's face value and the original on-site price (including service fee) must be paid to use it.
●The face value of each gift voucher is $850, which is not equivalent to the selling price of this product.
● During special holidays (including New Year's Eve on December 31, New Year's Day, Lunar New Year period, and specific activity dates announced by the hotel, with holiday definitions based on dates published by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration), the difference between the ticket price and on-site pricing (including service fee) must be paid before use.
