How to use
No need to print your e-ticket. You can present either the mobile version or printed version of your e-ticket. Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete check-in procedures. If you fail to arrive on time, miss the tour, or become separated from the group, you will be responsible for any consequences and no refunds or changes will be provided.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Product Description
Before taking the whale-watching speedboat, please ensure that no traveler is pregnant or has back or neck problems. Otherwise, you will bear the risk of not being able to participate in the activity and will not be eligible for a refund.
Important note
- Please note before booking that participants must not be pregnant and must have no back or neck issues, otherwise you will bear the consequences yourself.
- If you are prone to seasickness, please eat a light breakfast and take motion sickness medication 30 mins in advance.
- If you booked a cruise with a whale-watching guarantee and did not successfully see whales on the day of the trip, and need a second whale-watching trip, please be sure to find staff when disembarking and obtain the necessary information to participate in the second whale-watching trip.
- When taking photos with whales, please keep your phone/sunglasses/hat safe.
- There might be wind and waves at sea, so we recommend bringing a jacket.
- Captain's Authority: For the safety and benefit of the vessel, crew, and passengers, the captain has the right to adjust the itinerary and destination.
