Starting from Chengdu, it takes about 3.5 hours by car to reach Bipenggou arriving before 10am.
Entering the Bipenggou Scenic Area, you will take a shuttle bus to start a marvelous journey.
As the bus drives into the park, the scenery outside unfolds like a painted landscape.
You will see the Dragon King Lake which looks like a clear mirror quietly inlaid on the vast earth.
You will arrive at Shanghai Zi which is full of primitive and simple charm, surrounded by lush forests, wooden broad walks winding in the grass.
Head to Panamiang Lake where you can choose to walk between the dense mountains and hear the birds singing, gentle breeze caressing the cheek and smell the fragrance of nature. Or you can also choose to take the electric car.
Lake Panamuao is a dreamlike place, surrounded by majestic mountains and the water changes color from the light. From clear blue to fresh turquoise, each hue is stunningly beautiful. Take a leisurely walk to enjoy the scenery and capture every beautiful moment on camera.
During lunch, we recommend eating at the lounge near Lake Iwami where there are various kinds of snacks and simple meals.
Have a bowl of steaming hot instant noodles or try the freshly baked delicious sausages, soft and sweet corn and other snacks with sweet and juicy fruit to complete your meal while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the lake.
After lunch, head towards the key highlight of the scenic spot - the bird's nest. It will take about 10 mins to reach there by electric car. The unique geological structure of the nest will definitely make you marvel at the huge layers of rock, as if it had been carefully carved by a famous sculptor. Standing in front of the bird's nest, you could touch the traces of time and the magic of nature. Here, you can explore the surrounding winding paths where every cornet may hide a different surprise.
As we start to head back, take the battery car to Panyang Lake and savor the beauty of the Lake before heading out the same way through Panamiao Lake, Shanghai Zi and Dragon King Sea to the entrance and returning back to Chengdu.
