II. Transfer service description
1. For airport drop-off and one-way local transfer services in Hong Kong, the driver will wait for free for 30 minutes. An overtime fee will be charged for waiting beyond 30 minutes. Overtime fee: 5 yuan/1 minute. (Friendly reminder: Overtime waiting fees may change during public holidays. Please contact customer support for confirmation.) 2. For airport pick-up local transfer services in Hong Kong, the driver will wait for free for 90 minutes. An overtime fee will be charged for waiting beyond 90 minutes. Overtime fee: 5 yuan/1 minute. (Friendly reminder: Overtime waiting fees may change during public holidays. Please contact customer support for confirmation.)
3. Hong Kong <----> Macau/Other cities in Guangdong Province cross-border airport drop-off and cross-border transfer service waiting time: The driver will wait for free for 30 minutes. An overtime fee will be charged for waiting times exceeding 30 minutes. Overtime fee: CNY 250/30 minutes (less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes). (Friendly reminder: Overtime waiting fees may change during public holidays. Please contact customer support for confirmation.)
4. Cross-border airport pick-up service waiting time for Hong Kong <----> Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province: The driver will wait for free for 90 minutes. An overtime fee will be charged for waiting beyond 90 minutes. Overtime fee: $250 per 30 minutes (rounded up to the nearest 30-minute increment). (For non-Hong Kong airport pick-ups, the free waiting time is 60 minutes.) (Note: Overtime waiting fees may change during public holidays. Please contact customer support to confirm.)
5. The car service time slot is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For services outside this time slot (between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM), a nighttime service fee will be charged. The nighttime service fee for local car services in Hong Kong is ¥150 per trip, while in Macau it is ¥200 per trip. For cross-border car services between Hong Kong and Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province, the nighttime service fee is ¥300 per trip. (Note: During public holidays, the nighttime service fee time slot may change. Please contact customer support for confirmation.)
6. Airport pick-up includes meet & greet service. The meet & greet service fee is ¥100/time. [Meet & greet service is not available in Macau.]
7. If the free waiting time is exceeded and you need the driver to continue waiting, please discuss this with the driver and pay the overtime waiting fee. If an agreement cannot be reached, the driver may leave without further waiting, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
8. If the flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, the supplier will arrange a new driver for you. If a new driver cannot be arranged, the booking can be canceled with no charge.
9. Additional fees incurred due to flight delays (such as night service fees) must be paid before the ride can continue.
10. Each infant/child is considered one passenger. The number of passengers or amount of baggage must not exceed the vehicle's capacity as shown on the page. If capacity is exceeded, the driver may refuse service and passengers will be responsible for any resulting losses.
11. Hong Kong–Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province cross-boundary car service: Starting from December 1, 2017, due to policy reasons, passengers must disembark for immigration clearance when crossing borders via Huanggang, Shenzhen Bay, and other ports. When going through customs, passengers must take all their luggage with them, as drivers cannot carry passengers' luggage through immigration. If passengers are unable to clear customs due to personal ID or other reasons, the full booking fee will still be charged. The free waiting time at customs is 45 minutes. After this period, an additional waiting fee of $5 per minute will apply. Please negotiate with the driver and pay any overtime fees. If an agreement cannot be reached, the driver may leave without further waiting, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
12. Bookings cannot be canceled for free due to personal reasons such as expired ID, inability to enter the country, missing a flight, or oversleeping. Once confirmed, your booking will reserve the vehicle rental duration to ensure your trip. If you need to cancel, please follow the cancellation policy on the booking page and pay the corresponding penalty fee.
Entry policy
Before purchasing this product, please ensure you are aware of the relevant policies at both the point of departure and destination, and verify that your personal visa meets the destination's requirements as well as the applicable travel conditions. Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled due to personal policy non-compliance, such as expired ID or personal restrictions on entry.

- Service starts from one person. The maximum number of accompanying people for the service is subject to the number disclosed in the selected package. The activity does not involve joining other travelers on a join-in tour, and 1 driver serves one family/individual/organization.
- If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a severe weather warning, work suspension warning, Black Rainstorm Warning, or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher within 3 hours before vehicle use on the departure date, the activity will be canceled, and the fee will be refunded to your payment account. - The package includes all itinerary costs. No extra fees are required, except for travel to specially requested locations (please consult customer support for details).
- Effective December 1, 2017, due to policy reasons, all vehicles traveling between Hong Kong and Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province via Huanggang Port or Shenzhen Bay Port require passengers to alight for customs clearance. When alighting for customs clearance, all luggage must be taken with you, as drivers are not permitted to carry passengers' luggage through customs. If you choose a private charter between Hong Kong and Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province, there is a possibility that after customs clearance, you may need to change vehicles depending on the number of people clearing customs and vehicle availability at that time (this will not affect normal vehicle usage).
- For airport pick-up service, the free waiting time is 90 minutes from the flight's arrival time. For other one-way car services, the free waiting time is 30 minutes. An additional service fee will be charged for delayed departures due to being unreachable or other reasons (please contact customer support for details).
- One-way car service will follow the driver's independently planned route. For any mid-trip stops, waiting, temporary route changes, or destination changes, you must confirm and communicate with your travel butler. In other situations, a corresponding change fee will be charged.
- If the driver cannot take you to your destination due to traffic or environmental factors (such as mountains, forests, islands, sea, uninhabited areas, vehicle restrictions, etc.), they will drop you off at the nearest suitable location.
- The time slot is 7:00 AM–10:00 PM; an additional surcharge will apply outside of these hours (please contact customer support for details).
- When placing your order, please provide your hotel address in the remarks for convenient pick-up and drop-off by the private car driver. For safety reasons, please fasten your seatbelt when riding.
- This product offers English-speaking staff. If needed, please contact customer support to make a note.
- This product does not accept "personal reasons" as a free cancellation reason, such as expired ID/inability to enter the country. Once the booking is confirmed, the vehicle rental duration is reserved, guaranteeing your trip. If you need to cancel, please refer to the cancellation and modification rules on the booking page to cancel with the corresponding penalty fee.
- VIP guests must carefully read the product details, descriptions, booking terms, and cancellation policies when placing an order. By completing payment and booking, you agree to the product terms by default. Complaints based on statements like "I didn't notice," "You didn't remind me," or "The notice wasn't obvious" will not be accepted. In cases of force majeure (such as weather conditions or scenic environment changes), these cannot be used as grounds for complaints or negative reviews for failing to meet your expectations.
