How to use
Once a ticket is issued, any unused service cannot be changed, refunded, cancelled or transferred.
The success of the booking is not related to the order time. If the reserved date is sold out, a full refund will be made.
Please be aware before purchasing that once a ticket is issued, it cannot be refunded or changed, and we will not bear any responsibility.
Change & cancellation policies

Important note
- Each adult aged 18 or over may bring one child aged 3 or under on the tour free of charge. Children will not be provided with a seat in the vehicle, hotel bed, or meals. Please purchase a seat for the child if you require the aforementioned services. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a child under 3 years old.
- Each passenger over 3 years old can bring one piece of luggage for free on this trip. Please inform the number of luggage in advance when registering. The company will not be responsible if luggage cannot be loaded on the bus due to failure to inform in advance.
- The above itinerary schedule may be adjusted accordingly due to weather, road conditions, etc. Please understand.
- Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed at will. If any loss is caused, you will be responsible for it yourself.
- Please be sure to provide complete information when making a reservation to avoid errors that may affect your trip.
- During your trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safely. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
- Elderly people, patients with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, and pregnant women are advised to be accompanied by relatives.
- Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger throughout the trip.
- This is a fixed shared ride. Please be sure to abide by the stopover time at each attraction and follow the driver's instructions.
- Please note that no refunds will be given if you fail to participate or cancel the trip due to personal issues, lateness, etc.
- If you leave the group during the trip, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no refund will be given. If any personal or property safety is affected as a result, the consequences will be borne by the individual.
- The arrival time of each tour may change due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day. If the tour is delayed or cancelled due to the above or other force majeure factors, please understand that this is not a reason for requesting a refund.
- Please be sure to abide by local laws and regulations in Japan and do not bring items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid violating the law and affecting your own rights and interests.
- During free time, you should pay attention to your personal safety and property. If you fail to heed the advice and any accidents or losses occur, you will be solely responsible.
- In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operating hours of attractions or performances without prior notice, or even cancel some projects and performances.
