The customer service coordinator was responsive in providing prompt update during my trip. Even it was a weekend, she would also respond to my WeChat messages and phone call. Thank you very much. She preempted me one day before the driver details, double check pick up time. The driver gave suggestions on itinerary along the journey. Car was spacious, clean and provided mineral water for all guests. Highly recommended to travel with them.
