The trip was fun, our tour guide Ruby was really great at explaining things and make us feels comfortable. Really recommend it if you're a foreigner and want to learn the history of Xi'an. Will definitely miss Xi'an after this😄★

The Korean-language guide program was expensive, so we considered just doing it ourselves, but we ended up choosing the English/Chinese guide program. I only knew a little English and even less Chinese, so I signed up, thinking it wouldn't be a problem. Ultimately, it was a great choice.
While I can't say I understood everything 100% due to the language barrier, the guide explained the key points in simple English, making the overall flow of the tour completely understandable. The Chinese pronunciation and expressions added to the experience, making the tour even more enjoyable. If you have a basic grasp of English, I highly recommend it!
Although it was a premium tour for eight people, we were able to depart with just the two of us on the day, and there were no additional fees for our small group. We were conveniently picked up at our hotel and transferred to our vehicle, making for a hassle-free tour.
We were also pleased with the restaurant the guide recommended. I was particularly pleased to find a menu similar to Korean galbijjim, and the other dishes were also delicious. I personally love lamb, and the grilled lamb ribs were different from what I've had in Korea, so I thought I should try making this at home. After the tour, when we told the guide we were planning to visit the Datang Buyongwon, he personally guided us to the entrance and was very attentive, which was also impressive.
Overall, I felt the guide was incredibly knowledgeable and, above all, very attentive to travelers. If you're hesitant about the language barrier, I highly recommend this tour. I was extremely satisfied.★
