2. The driver's information will be sent to your email at 2100pm (GMT+8) 1 day before the trip.

3. The driver will provide service on time according to the booking time.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

1. For drop-off, it is recommended to depart 3-4 hours before the scheduled departure time.

2. The free waiting time for drop-off is 10 minutes. The overtime fee is NT300 per 30 minutes.
