How to use
1. Please complete your booking at least 4 days before your trip.
2. Your driver's details will be sent to your email by 9:00 PM (GMT+8) the day before your trip.
3. The driver will provide the service on time according to the scheduled time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1. For airport drop-off, we recommend departing 3-4 hours before your scheduled flight time.
2. The free waiting time for airport drop-off is 10 minutes. The overtime fee is NT300 per 30 minutes.
3. If your flight departure is delayed, the option to postpone pick-up will not be available, and the service will be provided according to the scheduled time.
4. If your flight is delayed, please contact customer support. If the original driver cannot accommodate, alternative arrangements will be made.
5. The latest cancellation and modification deadline is 23:59 (GMT+8) 3 days before the trip.
