If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

1. If no whales are seen during the voyage, passengers can take another cruise for free during the same whale watching season. Refunds are not supported on the grounds of not seeing whales, but please apply at least 24 hours in advance and it is subject to availability.
