1. A staff member will contact you by 22:00 on the day before your trip to arrange specific travel details. Please ensure your phone is reachable. If you haven't been contacted by the specified time, please call customer support. This product requires meeting before entering the park. Once the staff member confirms the next day's meeting time, please be sure to arrive on time and do not be late, to avoid other guests not waiting. If you cannot be reached by phone or are more than 15 minutes late, the service may not be able to proceed, or your rights may be affected. Any resulting losses will be borne by the guest.

 

2. Book the package at least 1 day before check-in;

 

3. In case of attraction overcrowding or other issues such as unavailability of Express Pass reservations, we will proactively contact customers to change the package or refund the full amount of the Express Pass after deducting the admission ticket fee. No additional compensation will be provided.

 

4. In case of force majeure factors such as attraction premium card system failure, full capacity closure, suspension of premium card sales, or attraction not issuing reservation cards, refunds will be processed after deducting actual expenses based on actual arrangements without any additional compensation. Admission hours and designated arrival locations will be subject to our final notification.

 

5. The official party has the right to change or add/remove amusement rides if services cannot be used due to force majeure (such as inability to play due to weather, equipment shutdown, machine failure, equipment maintenance, or suspension). Please understand that no compensation will be provided if changes or additions/removals occur.

 

6. For services at Disney that have dress code requirements, if a guest does not meet the requirements and cannot enjoy the service, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture by the guest.

 

7. Admission tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-exchangeable once sold;

 

Exclusive parking spaces are limited. Please contact customer support to confirm availability first.

 

9. If the customer is more than half an hour late due to personal reasons, affecting the activity, causing issues, or even making service impossible, no refund will be issued.

 

10. After payment, we will contact you by phone before 10:00 PM on the evening prior to departure to go over important notes and the itinerary.
