1. The itinerary is for reference only and is subject to change on the actual day. The specific meeting time and meeting address will be listed in the electronic confirmation (PDF attachment) sent to your email. Please arrive at the arrival pier 15 minutes before the meeting time. The boat will not wait, so do not be late. Late arrivals will not be able to join the tour and no refund will be provided!!!

2. If you purchase a 1-day or 2-day hop-on hop-off cruise package C or D, your pass can be used unlimited times within the valid period. Please note that cruises do not operate 24 hours, so you must use your pass during operating hours and before its expiration date, which is calculated by calendar days.

Children aged 0–3 can ride the Thames cruise for free, but a ticket is still required. Each booking allows a maximum of 3 free child tickets. Please inform customer support when placing your order if bringing free children to avoid being unable to join the itinerary.

Departure time slot: Cruises depart approximately every 30–40 minutes (average cruise time between piers is 30 minutes, but only 10 minutes from Westminster Pier to London Eye Pier).
