Hong Kong Sightseeing Private Chartered Tour/From Guangdong and Other Regions to Hong Kong International Airport to Downtown/Luxury Business 7-Seater Alphard/Flexible Route Options

1. Remote area surcharge applies to the following distant regions: Lantau Island including the airport, Disneyland, Tung Chung, Hong Kong Artificial Island, and the New Territories as well as all Shenzhen-Hong Kong border crossings. The New Territories include: Gold Coast, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Sheung Shui, Fanling, Sha Tau Kok, Tai Po, Sha Tin, Ma On Shan, Sai Kung, Tseung Kwan O, and Clear Water Bay. A one-way fee will be added for private charter trips covering the above areas.

2. The free waiting time for pick-up/crossing is 30 minutes, and overtime waiting fees will apply. An additional driver overtime fee of 100-300 CNY will be charged between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM the next day.

Hong Kong Private Charter Booking Notice

1. Private charter within Hong Kong, without crossing the border (additional fees apply if crossing the border to designated locations in mainland China, please be advised)

2. Private charter in Hong Kong does not include a guide or meals. The driver will provide brief explanations in the vehicle but cannot exit the vehicle. Upon arrival at the attractions, visitors may disembark and explore on their own. After the visit, the driver will return to pick up the guests and proceed to the next attraction, repeating the process until the charter service concludes.

3. After your booking is confirmed, our staff will contact you to confirm the vehicle rental duration and pick-up location (e.g., if you book for 5 hr starting at 12:00, the rental duration will be from 12:00 to 17:00. To avoid overtime charges, the driver will deliver you to the final destination before 17:00. Please manage your rental duration carefully. Overtime charges are 300 CNY/hr).

4. If the pick-up time has been confirmed and the driver arrives on time, but the passenger fails to depart as scheduled due to personal reasons, the rental duration will start counting from the originally agreed time. We appreciate your understanding. (Our staff will reconfirm your pick-up time one day before your trip. If you need to adjust the pick-up time, please notify customer support at least 3 hours in advance.)

5. Since this product involves transportation services within Hong Kong, customers are normally required to arrive in Hong Kong in advance. If you are unable to cross the border and reach Hong Kong on the travel date due to issues with your Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau or Hong Kong visa, the transportation fee for that day will be non-refundable and non-changeable (please check and bring all required IDs for entering Hong Kong).
