When checking in for boarding, you will need to provide the booking number and security code from your booking confirmation.
Terminal check-in: You can check in during the terminal's opening hours on your departure day. We recommend arriving at the terminal 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure.
Passenger check-in closes 30 minutes before the boat departs. Late passengers will not be able to check in and will need to purchase a new boat ticket.
Group check-in: The group leader should check in no later than 1 hour before departure.
Boarding closes 20 minutes before flight departure. Late flight tickets will no longer be valid, and unused flight tickets or promo codes will not be refunded.

Boarding end time: Boarding closes 20 minutes before flight departure. Late passengers will not be allowed to board and must purchase new boat tickets.
Travel documents: Ensure your travel documents (ID card or passport, including visa if required) are readily available for inspection when requested. On most ships, your boarding pass also serves as your cabin key.
3. Boarding pass information
Collecting Boarding Pass: Boarding passes are issued during check-in and must be retained throughout the journey. Crew members have the right to check boarding passes and travel documents throughout the journey.
Accuracy check: Ensure you have received boarding passes and promo codes for all passengers in the booking. Verify all information on the boarding passes is correct. Any necessary corrections can be made at staffed check-in counters.
