Participation Restrictions

• Child tickets are available for elementary school students (ages 6–12, including those who have just turned 12). Children under 6 (preschool age) can participate for free but will not be provided a seat. If a seat is required, please purchase a child ticket.
• This combo ticket does not offer discounts for individuals with disabilities.

Limousine Airport Bus

• Please note that this printed voucher is not a QR code ticket and cannot be used for boarding.
• QR code tickets can be saved as screenshots. When boarding, please show the QR code ticket image to the staff.
• For travelers on reserved-seat routes, your seat number will be displayed on the QR code ticket. For travelers on non-reserved-seat routes, the seat field on the QR code ticket will be blank. Please take any unoccupied seat.
• A photo screenshot of the QR code ticket can be used for boarding.

Tokyo Subway Ticket

• To redeem your train ticket, you must present the QR code voucher sent after booking. Please prepare the QR code on your mobile device or print the voucher in advance and bring it with you for redemption.
• ※ If the traveler is unable to present a valid QR code, the ticket cannot be redeemed.
• Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged separately. Even if multiple tickets are purchased at once, only one QR code will be issued. When exchanging with the QR code at Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations, all valid tickets will be exchanged simultaneously.

• This ticket is non-transferable and will be deemed invalid if resold.
• Voucher expiration date:

• 1 month from the date of purchase
• Please follow the instructions and complete your booking at least 1 day before the travel date. You can change your booking up to 5 minutes before the bus departure time.

Tokyo Subway Ticket

• Redeemable within 12 months from the purchase date.
• The redeemed ticket is valid for 6 months.
• The valid time will be printed on the ticket after the first use when passing through the station gate.
• If you enter the station within the valid time period, you can exit normally even if the valid time expires during your journey.
• If not used within the validity period indicated on the ticket, the ticket will be considered invalid.
