Yuanmingyuan Tickets [Personal Consumption] Such as meals, tickets to small attractions in the scenic area, personal consumption and other expenses not mentioned in the cost inclusions

How to use

The tour guide will confirm the meeting time and place with you by phone or text message at least 23:00 (Beijing time) 1 day before the trip. Please make sure that the mobile phone number reserved in the order is open.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

1. During a group trip, you are not allowed to leave the group early or midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you and no fees will be refunded. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Please understand.

2. During the peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be advanced or slightly delayed (the specific departure time is subject to the notification of the tour guide). Please make preparations in advance.
