As this is a weather and nature/wildlife dependent activity, there is never a 100% guarantee that you will see whales. So, do approach with an open mind. The alternative nature tour offered was equally rewarding. We got to watch several dolphin pods playing, swimming near the catamaran and jumping off the waters, seals, several varieties of sea birds, albatrosses running on the water’s edge to take flight and so on. So, I still had a fun day.

We had an amazing time with Dylan & Jayde! There is a swimming opportunity!! So Definitely bring your suits, we were not aware of swimming booking through Trip advisor, unfortunately. Definitely got our money's worth though, we were on the boat with 3 adults and 1 kiddo (8y/o) and it was very kid friendly! Jayde even became our real life mermaid and made our kiddos day by swimming under the glass portion of the boat at the swimming point! We highly recommend for all ages and group types! Lovely your guides who were constantly checking for head counts and safety checks! Felt very comfortable being a nervous mama!
