From scheduling the tour to drop off after the tour, everything was very well organized. Mr. Leonel Hernandez is an awesome tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and even pointed out the best spots on the observation deck to view the boats entering the locks. I highly recommend this tour and Mr. Hernandez.★

This excursion provided an incredible look at nature in it's rarest form. Our driver Douglas guide provided pleasant conversation throughout the ride. The indigenous people were kind and friendly. The waterfall was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Italiano was especially helpful in helping us to maneuver our walk to the waterfall.
When we returned to the village area we were greeted with local music. Their performance was heartwarming and genuine. The history of the people was fascinating. The food they served was really tasty and well presented.★

Very friendly hosts for this beautiful experience and they ensured that all of our needs were met. We are very grateful to our driver who did an excellent job maneuvering the challenging road conditions which was part of the fun. Lots of swimming, jumping and assistance with entry and exit points. Snacks, towels and blankets were provided. The scenic
views of the waterfalls leading to a main pool would bring anyone back to this spot.★
