What a wonderful day trip! I booked three days in advance, checked with customer service and was told there were still tickets available for the mini-train, so I immediately placed the order. The driver/guide was super punctual, very humorous, and provided commentary throughout the trip. He drove very smoothly, and I didn't feel carsick at all. The itinerary was also very well planned. Luckily, my fellow travelers in the group were also punctual. We returned to the city around 11 pm. Overall, I highly recommend it!

It was a very good experience. We visited many places very efficiently. The vehicle was large and spacious. Next time we go out, I will definitely recommend my family and friends to continue to choose the services of our travel agency. The experience was very good. This trip exceeded my expectations! The itinerary was well-paced, covering the highlights of the trip, including the miniature train, the zoo, and Phillip Island, without any shopping stops. A special shout-out to our driver/guide; he was incredibly knowledgeable, his explanations were humorous and engaging, and he took excellent care of everyone, patiently answering all our questions. The transportation and meals were also well-arranged, making it a worry-free and enjoyable journey.

The itinerary was well-planned. The driver and guide were very responsible in getting us into the little train carriage and pointing out the best spots for photos. Before heading to Phillip Island in the evening, we were a small group in a Mercedes, with 12 tourists in total. We all felt the meal costs were too high, so we asked the guide to take us to a nearby supermarket to buy some bread. The driver and guide took us to a large supermarket and took care of our dinner. Special praise goes to Xiao Jiu, the customer service representative from Shark Travel. She was enthusiastic and efficient during the itinerary consultation. I made a mistake when calculating the number of people and overpaid for two people's trip. Xiao Jiu helped me resolve the issue very well, consulting with her supervisor and getting a refund. It was already past midnight in Australia at that time, so I'm very grateful.

A fantastic itinerary! The number of participants and the timing were perfect, and the pick-up and drop-off were handled very well. Our tour guide, Sister Lei, was incredibly kind; she took us to find small animals along the way, her driving skills were excellent, and we got along very well. Personally, I felt we reached the same destination much faster than with other tour groups. ♥️
